Weekeend Movie Roundup: Theatres under Full "Moon"

Unless you're a member of 'Team Jacob' or 'Team Edward,' or a 12-year-old guy that's trying to beat the odds, tread lightly at theatres this weekend. Tweenage girls will be stampeding to the movies this weekend as The Twilight Saga: New Moon opens...and already set a Friday grossing record. There is room for Team-Sandra too though, as Bullock's The Blind Side, about a homeless African-American that is taken in by a well-off white family, also hits. Other releases include the animated outer space adventure Planet 51, the Pedro Almodovar-Penelop Cruz collaboration Broken Embraces (limited release), and the Nic Cage dirty cop drama Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, also in limited release. Props if the kid gets into Bad Lieutenant instead.
