Polanski Vic Wants to Case Dismissed
The woman whom director Roman Polanski was convicted of statutory raping in 1977 wants the US courts to drop their case against him, stating that the graphic details in court documents filed by the LA DA "causes harm to me, my husband and children." Read more at the BBC.

I don't know what happened that night, but I understand that the D.A. proved that Mr. Polanski first druged, then raped this young lady. She said he did not. Was he set-up? Was she into having sex with him? I can't judge. But I think the pain of death in his life could be a factor. What do you think.
