"Wolf Man" In Trouble?

Just last week, we had quotes from actress Emily Blunt confirming her involvement in the upcoming remake of The Wolf Man alongside Benicio Del Toro for director Mark Romanek. The actress seemed thrilled to be joining the crew, and expressed real excitement about working with Romanek.

Today, however, the internet is abuzz with word that Romanek has quit.

Romanek, who directed One Hour Photo, appears to be citing "creative differences" for his decision to walk away from the project despite cameras set to begin rolling on February 18th.

Reports claim that Universal Pictures will soon be naming a replacement director and that the project will carry on with all the stars--including Del Toro, Blunt, and Anthony Hopkins--still on board.
